</tbody></table>Uma churrasqueira fácil de fazer é o sonho de consumo de muita gente tem propriedade rural - seja uma fazenda, seja um sitiozinho para passar o final de semana. Embora existam projetos simples, é bom contar com um planejamento correto antes de iniciar a obra de alvenaria e também a ajuda de um pedreiro. O local onde a churasqueira vai ser instalada precisa ser confortável pros usuários e o solo deve ser compacto para suportar o peso do equipamento - cada tijolo pesa, em média, um quilo e meio. A coifa e a chaminé devem ser bem projetadas para evitar que a fumaça se espalhe.<br />
O modelo de churrasqueira mais simples existente no mercado é o de viga reta, que pode ser de granito ou de concreto armado. É importante deixar um espaço adequado para colocar kits de espetos giratórios.<br />

Faça um risco na horizontal, na mesma altura. 1 2 3 4 5 6 Procure o centro da base de alvenaria e faça um outro risco na vertical. Observe se a medida é de 30 ou 35 centímetros. Coloque mais 10 centímetros para cada lado e faça um pequeno risco. Desenhe uma linha até a base para descobrir o ângulo da coifa e comece a entijolar seguindo a fôrma deixada na parede, como se fosse uma pirâmide.<br />

<b>7>>></b> Terminada a coifa, continue subindo a chaminé até a altura desejada. Em cada canto dela, faça uma pequena pilha de tijolos, que servirão de suporte para a placa quadrada de granito. Verifique o tamanho do espaço aberto da chaminé antes de adquirir a placa de granito. Faça uma limpeza geral na churrasqueira e aplique o impermeabilizante.<br />

Nossas carnes possuem certificados HACCP e permanência diária do SIF – Serviço de Inspeção Federal, que fiscaliza a procedência, higiene e qualidade dos produtos. A atenção à qualidade está presente também na embalagem, que já vem com o produto cortado e embalado à vácuo, uma forma mais segura de preservação da carne.</span></div><div align="left"><span style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Os empreendedores que se dedicam ao comércio dessas carnes estão colhendo bons frutos e suas vendas crescem 15% ao ano, um número que demonstra o potencial desse mercado. A Bassi, uma dessas butiques, vende cerca de 200 toneladas de carne por mês, sendo que 80% destina-se aos supermercados. “Uma boa carne merece um corte adequado, e essa talvez seja a parte mais delicada e importante de um churrasco. Conhecer a anatomia do animal é fundamental para um corte de qualidade” afirma Marcos Bassi, proprietário da empresa. “Só através do conhecimento detalhado dos tecidos, fibras e músculos é possível a exploração das potencialidades do animal”.</span></div><div align="left"><span style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">A Bassi realizou estudos para desenvolver cortes exclusivos e artesanais como o “bon- bom” e a maminha. Aliás, a fraldinha, parte do boi que antigamente era usado apenas para moer, tornou-se presença constante nos churrascos pelas mãos de Marcos Bassi, sendo hoje a segunda carne mais usada para grelhar.</span></div><div align="left"><span style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><b><span style="color: blue;">Atenções básicas</span></b></span></div><div align="left"><span style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Apesar de ser conceitualmente simples, preparar um bom churrasco é uma arte repleta de técnicas e truques que fazem a diferença no momento de saborear uma carne. Churrasqueiros que ficaram famosos por seus talentos afirmam que a partir de uma mesma peça de carne pode-se obter resultados variados. Este é o caso do Lumix, produto natural à base de cana-de-açúcar que durante a queima não gera gases tóxicos e não oferece risco de explosão porque tem inflamabilidade menor que o álcool líquido.
